Day 18: Halt On The Salt

Little changes sure do go a long way yall. I have been giving salt and processed foods the hand ever since 2014 made it’s debut and the results have been mind blowing. Not only is my skin clearer, but I am never bloated. Couple this with constant hydration and pow – RAD circulation on ten. I literally feel lighter and healthier all because I put a halt on the salt. Try it and see my friend.

Day 19: FitGirl Spritzers

If you love juice but are tired of wasting all those calories…try my infamous FitGirl spritzers. They are easy to make: make ice cubes of fresh juice. Drop a couple in some seltzer water. And wallah. Can even use fresh fruit (as shown). Can you say only 30 calories max?!! Hello! Try it and let me know what you think. Cheers.

Day 20: I Will PUSH UP On You!

The best exercise ever..push ups! Master the real deal and then add variations. These three are my current favs.

Day 21: Break Ups Are Hard…

But necessary. Kiss those unhealthy relationships good bye and find true love. I had to let my boys Ben & Jerry go…but this homemade sorbet I discovered is everything! Not only is this treat healthy it is also easy. Best relationship ever. XOXO

1/3 cup of orange juice

1/3 cup of raw honey

4 cups of frozen raspberries

Blend all the above (in the order listed) in a blender. Freeze. Enjoy.

106 calories – 1 g of fat – 26g of carbs – 5g of fiber – 0 moments of guilt
