What would life be without champagne? Everyone loves this bubbly refreshment, so why not make “great” even “greater” by serving up these champagne based cocktails at your next party. Cheers!
C² (Champagne Cosmo)
2 favorites in 1 glass. So good. So easy. So your new drink.
Ingredients
1 oz vodka
1 oz cranberry juice
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
1 twist orange peel
1 oz champagne
2 cubes of ice
Directions
Grab a shaker and shake up the ice, vodka, cranberry juice and fresh lime juice.
Pour in a martini glass. Top it with the Remy Martin VSOP and then the champagne.
Garnish with the orange twist peel!
Very Berry Champagne Punch
This punch is off the hook. Pun intended. Double up on these ingredients yall cause that first batch is going to get sucked down quick.
Ingredients
750 ml (1 bottle) champagne
1 liter ginger ale (chilled) *can use diet if you want to save calories
10 oz frozen strawberries
10 oz frozen blueberries
Directions
Toss all these ingredients in a punch bowl and dive in!
Ch-ojito (Champagne Mojito)
Another fav done light. This drink is so refreshing and low cal it is silly. Bring this one back in the spring!
Ingredients
3 ounces champagne, chilled
4 mint sprigs
3 tsp sugar *can use sugar substitute to save calories..if so use 1 1/2 tsp)
2 tbsp lime juice
1 lime wedge
Directions
Use the back of a spoon or a muddler and muddle the mint, sugar, lime wedge and lime juice until the sugar dissolves. Strain into a chilled champagne flute. Add champagne. Garnish with a spring of mint. Boom!
