To help bring back the holiday cheer during this glorious season, I wanted to show you three yoga moves that you can do to relax and rejuvenate. Of course I put a RAD spin on them, so grab one of those gifts from under your Christmas tree, a roll of wrapping paper and roll out your yoga mat. Namaste.
