Load your blender in the order listed.

1 Cup – Vanilla Almond Milk

2 Oz – 0% Honey Flavored Greek Yogurt

1/2 Cup – Sweet Potatoes (peeled, cooked and diced)

1 Scoop – Vanilla Protein Powder

1 tsp – Cinnamon

1 tsp – Vanilla Extract

Ice
