Day 5: Strawberry Coconut Water

Not a fan of coconut water? Well you will be a fan of this. This smoothie is great for after a workout since coconut water is an excellent electrolyte replenisher. 

Load your blender in the order listed.

1 Cup – Plain Coconut Water

1 Cup – Frozen Strawberries

1 Tbl – Ground Flax Seeds

1 Tbl – Honey
