Day 16: I Hope You Had A Berry Good Workout


This is my favorite post workout, treat sans protein powder. It is the perfect fruity blend of antioxidants, healthy carbs and creamy protein.

Load your blender in the order listed.

1 Cup – Vanilla Soy Milk

1 Cup – Frozen Blueberries

1 Small – Banana

4 Oz – 0% Fat Plain Greek Yogurt
