Day 15: Chocolate Raspberry Shake Remake

Chocolate cravings beware. This healthy remake of the chocolate shake is easy to make and tasty beyond words. Plus cocoa is known to improve brain power, so I “think” you should have on of these smoothies right away beauties.

Load your blender in the order listed.

1 Cup – Light Chocolate Soy Milk

1 Cup – Frozen Raspberries

2 Tbl – Unsweetened Cocoa

2 tsp – Honey

Ice
