Be A RAD Green Machine: Day 1

Ingredients

Granny Smith Apples – 2 medium

Celery – 4 stalk, large

Cucumber – 1 cucumber

Ginger – 1 thumb

Kale – 6 leaves

Lemon – 1/2

 

Directions

Process all ingredients in a juicer, shake or stir and serve.

 

Why so RAD?

This green goodness will help reduce your blood pressure thanks to the celery, and your digestive system will thank you later for adding that ginger. Oh and the kale? Hello reduction of cancerous cells.
