You’re all set!  However before we get the party started (if you haven’t already) please review and sign this waiver as the green light that you are good to sweat with us.

Also here are some RAD things to bring to the party:

  • Be sure to dress in appropriate workout attire and shoes. Crimson and cream optional.
  • A water bottle to stay hydrated.
  • A hand towel to pat yourself dry. Or whip around your head if the spirit moves you.
  • Energy. Don’t worry, we will bring the fun.
