RAD Berry Chia Seed Pudding
Ingredients
1/2 cup Plain Unsweetened Almond Milk
1/2 cup Chocolate Almond Milk
(or a whole cup of any milk variety you prefer)
3 tablespoons Chia Seeds
1 small Date (a little nature’s candy to make things sweet…or you can use a bit of honey or agave instead)
1/2 cup Frozen Mixed Berries
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
In a blender mix all the above together. Pour into your mason jar, seal it tight, chill in the fridge for a couple of hours (overnight is best) and then pow – chow down lady!
