Sweating For The Wedding RAD Live!

It was a blast sweating with you! I know there will be a lot of double takes on May 23rd 2015 once everyone sees your RAD buff bod. In the meantime, here’s all the goodies from our sweaty time together….enjoy boo! XO Robbie

RAD Berry Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients

1/2 cup Plain Unsweetened Almond Milk

1/2 cup Chocolate Almond Milk

(or a whole cup of any milk variety you prefer) 

3 tablespoons Chia Seeds

1 small Date (a little nature’s candy to make things sweet…or you can use a bit of honey or agave instead) 

1/2 cup Frozen Mixed Berries

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

In a blender mix all the above together. Pour into your mason jar, seal it tight, chill in the fridge for a couple of hours (overnight is best) and then pow – chow down lady!
