It’s Not Easy Being Green Lemonade: Day 6

Ingredients

Granny Smith Apples – 2 medium

Cucumber- 1 medium

Kale- 4 leaves

Lemon- 1 medium

Spinach- 2  cups

 

Directions

Process all ingredients in a juicer, shake or stir and serve.

Move over pink lemonade. Your health will appreciate the benefits of this green lemonade. Get a healthy dose of leafy greens with the spinach and kale, lower your cholesterol with the apples and give your lovely skin a complexion boost with the lemons and cucumber.
