Green tea is known to increase your metabolism, so I drink this RAD smoothie every morning. A little caffeine goes a long way. Living proof! Yum yum.

Load your blender in the order listed. Watch this video to see how to blend the spinach and the green tea first.

1 Cup – Green Tea

2-3 Cups – Spinach

1 Cup – Frozen Strawberries

1 Medium – Lemon (juice)

1/2 Medium – Peeled Orange

1 Inch – Ginger
